The Root Cause Practice – A 12 week immersion

The RCP is where you bridge the gap between talking therapies and physical/energetic work.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll:

 The Foundation Course – Your initiation

 

Before we step into the deep end together, you’ll spend some time inside the Foundation — recalibrating your nervous system to listen and respond differently.

Normally 4 weeks, but I can unlock it for you so you can immerse yourself in the teachings.

 

Inside the Foundation you will:

  • Understand the energetic patterns shaping your body and behaviour

  • Recognise where survival has hidden your authentic self

  • Learn the emotional anatomy of the nervous, circulatory, respiratory, and digestive systems

  • See physical pain through the lens of emotion and energy

  • Begin reconnecting with your own inner signals — before you hold space for anyone else

This is the root system for everything we do in RCP. Without it, the deeper work can feel overwhelming. With it, you enter Cohort 12 already grounded, confident, and ready.
