RECORDING - I understand and agree to  the group teaching sessions being recorded and added to the course. They will be available for the other current cohort  and membership students to view. (NOT breakout rooms) I understand that parts of those videos may be added to other course content such as The Emotional Anatomy Library Tracey is compiling. I understand that I can turn off my camera if I don't want my face to appear.

  • Week 6 - STORIES, what are the stories that you tell and why? How do our stories limit us?

  • Week 7, INTERVAL and breathe.... a week off from live calls to digest what has already been learnt

  • Week 8 - THE PARTS OF YOU   discover and converse with the different voices in your head. Your inner family wants to be heard.

  • Week 9 - TRIGGERS   A deep dive into your emotional triggers, how and why others trigger you.

  • Week 10 - CULTIVATING COMPASSION How can we learn to integrate all we've learnt, soften and find compassion for self and others.

  • Week 11 - CHANGING THE PATTERNS How can we change our external patterns so we can change our internal biology and move towards Healing

  • Week 12 - MANIFESTING HEALTH - Tools for manifestation

  • PLUS access to the Emotional Anatomy Library until the end of the course.

  • Weekly Video Teachings: At least one insightful video teaching each week to guide your journey.

  • Live Zoom Sessions: Every week, join me on Saturdays at 12:00 Noon UK Time for a live session. These sessions will include teaching, discussion, self-enquiry, and Q&A.
